Role: Lead Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: Up to £125,000 - DOE

TechOhana has collaborated with a Global Salesforce ISV who currently searching for a Lead Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team of experienced professionals. This business has grown over 50% in the last year and is looking to make similar growth in 2025.

You will be working extremely closely with the VP of Engineering to plan and strategise for the upcoming year. You will be required to design complex solutions and liaise directly with the technical team to ensure best practice is maintained. You will also be responsible for a team of 4 Salesforce Engineers so technical leadership is vital for success in this position.

Skills required:

5+ years experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
Previous experience in a client-facing role
Hands-on experience designing complex solutions
Previous experience leading teams of technical & functional specialists
Cross-Cloud Exposure - Sales, Service, Experience Cloud
Extensive stakeholder management experience
Salesforce Certifications - Application Architect is desirable
