Role: Salesforce Consultant

Rates: £400.00-£500.00 P/D (Outside)

TechOhana have partnered with a boutique, but growing business in the computer software space that have Sales & Service Cloud implemented, but currently have some upcoming releases & need a Consultant to capture requirements and work with C-level business members.

Job Description:As a Salesforce Consultant you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Cloud Expertise: Customise and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
Service Cloud Proficiency: Develop and implement solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud to improve customer service operations, such as case management, knowledge base integration, and service automation.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Customization and Configuration: Configure Salesforce to meet client needs, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use Salesforce solutions.
