Key Skills and Experience Needed:

Omniscript/Omnistudio:
Expertise in designing and implementing guided workflows and interactions to enhance customer experiences.
Experience Cloud:
Proven track record in developing interactive and engaging customer portals.
Financial Services Cloud:
Experience in Financial Services contexts, particularly leasing and lending solutions.
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote):
Highly desirable for driving process automation and sales/service customisation.
