Salesforce Product Manager - Remote - Up to $180,000

Our client, a rapidly growing Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV), is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce solutions and contribute to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce-based products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure successful product development and launch
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market opportunities and product enhancements
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends
Manage product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and maintenance
Measure and analyze product performance to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing Salesforce-based products
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Product Manager)
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
