Role: SFDC Programme Manager

Location: Remote/London

Rate: £600-£650 P/D

Length: 6-12 Months

About the Role:

As the Salesforce Programme Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the greenfield implementation of Salesforce within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the successful delivery of our Salesforce initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, streamline processes, and make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including planning, execution, and delivery phases.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and key metrics.

  • Drive user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and maximize the value of Salesforce implementations.

  • Continuously assess and optimize project processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Programme Manager leading Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configurations, and best practices.

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Solid understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred.
