Role: SFDC Programme Manager

About the Role:

As the Salesforce Programme Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the greenfield implementation of Salesforce within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the successful delivery of our Salesforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including planning, execution, and delivery phases.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and key metrics.
Drive user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and maximize the value of Salesforce implementations.
Continuously assess and optimize project processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience (X+ years) as a Programme Manager leading Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Solid understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred.
