Salesforce Release Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

Our client, a leading Salesforce partner based in Florida, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Release Manager to join their dynamic team on a year-long contract basis. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

As a Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire release management lifecycle for Salesforce projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Release Planning:
Collaborate with project teams to define release schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
Release Execution:
Manage the deployment process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of releases.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact release timelines and quality.
Change Management:
Effectively communicate release information to stakeholders and manage change requests.
Quality Assurance:
Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Post-Release Activities:
Monitor system performance and address any post-release issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce release management methodologies and tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Release Management) are a plus.

Compensation:

Up to $90/hour
