Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver Salesforce Industries solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of the insurance sector.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into cutting-edge Vlocity solutions.

• Design and implement robust integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems to ensure seamless data sharing and process optimization.

• Lead technical discussions and provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud solutions, particularly for insurance-related use cases.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant with industry regulations, and aligned with best practices for data security and governance.

• Oversee development teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Stay informed on Salesforce Industries innovations, industry trends, and how they can enhance the insurance customer journey.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, specializing in Salesforce Industries within the insurance domain.

• Strong understanding of insurance processes, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience with Vlocity DataRaptors, Omniscripts, and Integration Procedures.

• Hands-on experience in developing and integrating Vlocity components with Salesforce core systems.

• Salesforce certifications in Vlocity and Architecture (highly preferred).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A deep understanding of how to leverage Vlocity to create customer-centric solutions that drive business outcomes.
