About the Role

As a Vlocity Technical Lead (Insurance), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Vlocity implementations for our client's insurance customers. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guidance, and support throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

This is a hands-off role, so you must have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of Vlocity and insurance domain concepts. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that Vlocity solutions are implemented effectively and meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for Vlocity implementations

  • Design, develop, and configure Vlocity solutions

  • Ensure that Vlocity solutions are implemented effectively and meet the needs of our clients

  • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Vlocity and insurance industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce and at least 1+ year Vlocity experience

  • Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts

  • Proven track record of successful Vlocity and Salesforce implementations

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
