This role will be critical in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that streamline field operations, enhance customer experience, and improve overall efficiency.

Job Overview

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions that meet the needs of our field operations team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce clouds and enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of FSL, strong analytical skills, and a strategic approach to solution design that supports our field service goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions tailored to our field operations requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals and FSL best practices.

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of FSL solutions, including configuring and customizing the platform to optimize field service processes.

  • Oversee integrations with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external systems to create a unified field service experience.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure adherence to architectural standards, code quality, and platform best practices.

  • Conduct solution design workshops and provide technical guidance to business teams and users on FSL functionalities.

  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, security, and performance within the FSL solutions.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, FSL enhancements, and industry trends to continually improve and innovate our field service solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with a focus on Field Service Lightning.

  • Strong expertise in FSL components, including scheduling, optimization, inventory management, and mobile capabilities.

  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems and using APIs for seamless data flow.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development (flows, process builder, etc.) and customization.

  • Strong understanding of field service best practices and workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
