Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

TechOhana have partnered with a brand new End User who operate in the Telco space that have embarked on a brand new Salesforce Project & need a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the program.

The company, are an SME- who are committed to their Salesforce investment & plan on having Salesforce as the key part of business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored for the telecommunications sector.
Lead architectural design sessions, guiding the team on best practices for Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) to enhance customer lifecycle management.
Integrate Salesforce with critical telco systems such as billing, CRM, and order management systems, using APIs and tools like Mulesoft.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver innovative, customized Salesforce solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in accordance with industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
Proficiency in API integration, middleware solutions, and data migration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
