Are you a seasoned Salesforce Architect looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading asset management company, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across various departments within the company.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Provide expertise on Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.

  • Manage integration of Salesforce with other internal systems and external platforms.

  • Oversee data migration processes and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within Salesforce.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members and provide leadership across the Salesforce development lifecycle.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce innovations, recommending improvements and new functionalities to meet business needs.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar senior Salesforce role, ideally within the financial services or asset management industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

  • Experience with integrations, both internal and external, using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and Salesforce integration tools.

  • A strong understanding of data migration techniques and Salesforce data modeling.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
