Job Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of their Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the unique demands of the consumer goods industry. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will oversee the architectural integrity, scalability, and integration of Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems. This role requires a visionary with both hands-on technical skills and a strategic mindset, capable of optimizing the platform and driving innovations that enhance our customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Salesforce architecture, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and tailored to the consumer goods sector.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and create a technical roadmap that aligns with business needs and industry best practices.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and optimize processes.

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and platform management.

• Evaluate and implement Salesforce platform features and customizations to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

• Perform regular health checks and audits on the Salesforce platform to maintain optimal performance and data integrity.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and advancements relevant to the consumer goods industry, incorporating these into the architecture as appropriate.

• Provide technical guidance and support during Salesforce project phases, including testing, training, and post-go-live optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and technical roles, with a minimum of 3 years in the consumer goods industry.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).

• Strong background in data modeling, security, and identity and access management within Salesforce.

• Proven track record of architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (CI/CD).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
