Role Overview:
As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing, optimizing, and expanding our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our sales, marketing, and operations teams. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CRM functionality, implement enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage & Customize:
Maintain user accounts, workflows, dashboards, and reports, ensuring Salesforce aligns with business objectives.
Optimize Data Quality:
Manage data imports, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure a high level of accuracy and integrity.
User Support & Training:
Provide end-user support and training, solving issues, answering questions, and sharing best practices to ensure effective platform usage.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for operational efficiency, implement process automation, and streamline workflows using Salesforce’s latest tools and features.
Integrate Systems:
Collaborate with IT and third-party providers to integrate other tools and platforms, ensuring data flows efficiently across systems.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven experience in system administration, customization, and reporting.
Salesforce Certification:
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), reporting, dashboards, and data management tools (Data Loader).
Analytical Skills:
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical details to non-technical teams.
