Role:Salesforce Administrator

TechOhana is supporting an international product company to expand its customer support team with an additional Salesforce Administrator. This business has created software that supports enterprise network infrastructure and as such have a large client base of primarily enterprise-level clients.
This role is reporting in to the Chief of customer success and you will be handling day-to-day BAU administrative tasks such as new user set-ups, permission sets and reporting. You will be part of a large Salesforce team with a number of experts working alongside you creating a hive of knowledge expediting your growth within Salesforce.
Requirements
Minimum 18 months of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
Experienced in setting up new users, creating permission sets, new page layouts and reports
Expertise handling tickets
Understanding of Salesforce FLOW
Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders in English
Salesforce certified Administrator
