Salesforce Administrator Lead - UK - Hybrid - £60,000 -£70,000

In line with their growth strategy, they are currently seeking a skilled and committed Lead Salesforce Administrator to contribute to their ongoing success. Joining a dynamic team, the successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the organisation's Salesforce initiatives to new heights.
As a Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements, implement custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving user adoption, enhancing data quality, and maximising the platform's potential.
This role will involve:
Lead the administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform.
Work with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, workflows, and processes.
Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Lead and mentor a team of junior Salesforce administrators.
To be considered for the role you must have:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) certifications.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration.
Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team is a plus.
