Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator specializing in Sales Cloud to join a new client of TechOhana. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, implementing customized solutions, optimizing workflows, and providing strategic recommendations to drive sales performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configure Sales Cloud to meet those needs, and ensure the ongoing health and growth of our Salesforce instance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Cloud Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, including user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
Implementation and Configuration: Lead end-to-end Sales Cloud implementations, including data modeling, object setup, workflows, process automation, validation rules, and integrations.
Customizations and Enhancements: Identify, develop, and deploy customizations such as custom fields, page layouts, record types, and reporting solutions tailored to sales processes.
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to streamline and optimize Salesforce workflows, improve user adoption, and increase productivity.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage dashboards and reports to support sales performance tracking, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for end users, ensuring best practices in using Sales Cloud features and tools.
Data Management: Oversee data quality initiatives, including data import, deduplication, and regular maintenance, ensuring accurate and reliable information for sales teams.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new Sales Cloud features, and industry best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation, configuration, and management.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Salesforce customization (objects, fields, page layouts, record types).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security settings, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
Familiarity with third-party integrations and data migration tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
