One of our clients is an energetic, up-and-coming consultancy. They are looking to bring a developer on board who can take ownership and assume responsibility for the Salesforce infrastructure at a diverse range of clients in the IT sector. This role will offer ample opportunities to implement solutions, tackle coding challenges and configuration changes, and manage processes across the business.


They are looking for a Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. An ideal candidate will take a solution-oriented approach to developing and building out Salesforce while working closely with the project management team and external stakeholders.


Essential experience:


  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce developer

  • Must have a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certificate

  • Experience working in the U.K. market or a U.K.-based company

  • Designing scalable, best practice solutions

  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)

  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

  • Experience in change management and governance

  • Experience integrating third-party apps with Salesforce

  • Web development skills


The position will be hybrid from the London office. It offers a competitive salary up to £60K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
