Job Overview
As the Salesforce Functional Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce strategy, configuration, and functionality within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT, to identify and implement solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. With a solid understanding of both Salesforce capabilities and consumer goods workflows, you will design and deliver solutions that align with our business objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet the unique needs of the consumer goods industry.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these into Salesforce configurations, workflows, and reports.
Define and document Salesforce best practices, guiding users in efficient use of the platform.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with a focus on consumer goods workflows.
Manage the end-to-end configuration and customization of Salesforce, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business goals.
Lead user training sessions and workshops to promote platform adoption and maximize team productivity.
Oversee data integrity within Salesforce, including data mapping, cleansing, and reporting.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance our platform capabilities.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Salesforce functional role, with a minimum of 2 years in the consumer goods industry.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and platform best practices.
Strong background in configuring Salesforce to meet specific business needs, with a focus on consumer goods processes.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, translate business requirements, and implement solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
