Job Title:Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant

Location: United Kingdom/ Remote

Salary Expectation: Up to £70,000 DOE

They specialize in leveraging Salesforce to drive social impact, streamline operations, and enhance donor engagement for our clients. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant to join our team and make a difference in the nonprofit sector.


Job Summary:As a Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant, you will play a key role in helping nonprofit organizations maximize their use of Salesforce to achieve their missions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, design tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support and training. Your expertise will help nonprofits streamline their operations, improve fundraising efforts, and enhance overall program effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with nonprofit clients to understand their organizational goals and challenges.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.

  • Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions for nonprofit clients, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.

  • Conduct data migrations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Training and Support:

  • Provide hands-on training to clients, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce to its full potential.

  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues and optimize system performance.

  • Create user guides, training materials, and documentation to support client self-sufficiency.

  • Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants, to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) updates, best practices, and emerging trends in the nonprofit sector.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, administrator, or developer, preferably with a focus on nonprofit organizations.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Developer are highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

  • Experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and other Salesforce products relevant to nonprofits.

  • Knowledge of data migration tools and processes.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Passion for working with nonprofit organizations and a commitment to making a positive social impact.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
