Salesforce Programme Manager, Legal Sector, Leed's
TechOhana has partnered with a leading Leeds-based law firm, and is looking for a Salesforce Programme Manager to help drive their digital transformation journey. This role is critical in overseeing the Salesforce implementation after their previous SI partner underperformed, and you'll be the first piece in building a high-performing contract team.
About the Role:
The Salesforce Programme Manager will take charge of the programme, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce systems. Your expertise in change management and digital transformation within the legal sector will be vital to the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Salesforce implementation programme, ensuring it is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Drive digital transformation and change management efforts across the business.
Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the process.
Work with TechOhana to build and manage a contract team to support the Salesforce implementation.
Oversee and deliver best-in-class systems and solutions.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in the legal sector and at least 4x end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Change management and digital transformation expertise.
Strong experience in Salesforce systems implementation.
Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Based within an easy commute of West Yorkshire (onsite presence required as per programme needs).
Available to start in January 2025.
Outside IR35 engagement
Rate: £800 per day
