Role: Salesforce Program Manager

TechOhana have partnered with a leading Law firm that are about to embark on a Sales Cloud Transformation Program & are potentially looking for a PM to lead the entire initiative.
The customer, have just signed on a new SI & are looking for a PM to partner with them, as well as leading the internal team.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Owning the end-to-end Salesforce program roadmap, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
Managing third-party vendors and SI partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
Overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk management with a sharp eye on compliance and operational excellence.
Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure a unified delivery vision.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing
enterprise-level Salesforce programs, ideally in a professional services or legal environment.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Strong background in Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and program-level reporting.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging C-suite and technical teams alike.
Ability to work in a
hybrid model
(2–3 days/week in the London office).
