TechOhana has partnered with a tech company focused on delivering cloud-powered software solutions specifically tailored for businesses in the consumer goods sector. They have won a number of projects and are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager with Consumer Goods Experience

Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: London, Hybrid

Start Date: November 18th 2024

  • Lead Greenfield Implementations:

    Spearhead full end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements from initial scoping through to post-launch support.

  • Project Management:

    Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects, employing Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive efficiencies and meet deliverables.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful project execution and user adoption. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide status updates.

  • Risk Management:

    Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

  • Training and Support:

    Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and user engagement with new systems.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Implementation Experience:

    Proven track record of leading full end-to-end Salesforce implementations, preferably with Greenfield experience on multiple projects. End user or partner experience is acceptable, but a strong focus on implementation is essential.

  • Industry Experience:

    Extensive experience in the

    Consumer Goods industry

    is crucial, enabling you to understand industry-specific challenges and drive effective solutions.

  • Methodological Proficiency:

    Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt project management styles to meet project needs. Familiarity with Project Management Professional (PMP) practices is highly advantageous.

  • Salesforce Knowledge:

    Knowledge of Salesforce CG Cloud or equivalent platforms is highly desirable, demonstrating an ability to leverage Salesforce capabilities to meet business requirements.

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
