Job Overview

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating Salesforce-related projects, from initial planning through implementation and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure our Salesforce solutions meet business needs, improve productivity, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing Salesforce projects in the consumer goods industry, bringing both technical and business acumen to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate these into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Oversee and manage project scope, budget, timeline, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • Drive the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce tools to support business goals, with a strong focus on consumer goods workflows.

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and third-party consultants.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and efficient use of Salesforce solutions.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new releases, and industry trends to ensure our technology remains current and competitive.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Salesforce implementations in the consumer goods industry.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and change management.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
