What to expect from your role?
When you join, you will be provided with one-on-one training and will be enrolled in a mentorship specific to your market. Your training will cover all areas of recruitment such as, business development, candidate sourcing, contract negotiation and recruitment best practices.
The day to day:
Candidate sourcing: proactively reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Adverts and our extensive Internal Database
Process Management: Booking interviews, negotiating salaries and ensuring successful placements of candidates.
Business Development: Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities
