Position: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: £550 per day (outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite in Crewe)
Overview:
A prominent organisation in Crewe is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead a critical redesign project of their Order Management System (OMS). As the current system approaches end-of-life, they require a skilled professional to architect and implement a new solution that will enhance their order processing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
System Redesign:
Oversee the comprehensive redesign of the Salesforce Order Management System. Assess the existing system, identify areas for improvement, and develop a strategic plan for a modern, scalable solution.
Solution Development:
Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that address current and future business requirements. Ensure the new OMS integrates seamlessly with existing systems and workflows. (With the help of the in-house development team)
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, including IT, sales, and customer service teams, to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Integration & Optimisation:
Manage the integration of the redesigned OMS with other Salesforce modules and third-party systems. Optimise the system for performance, reliability, and user experience.
Documentation & Training:
Create detailed documentation for the new system architecture and provide training to users and support staff to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Order Management Systems. Demonstrated success in redesigning and implementing Salesforce OMS solutions.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customisation, and integration. Proficiency in Salesforce Order Management and related technologies.
Analytical Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyse complex systems and develop effective solutions.
