Salesforce Solution Architect - Financial Services
Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Start Date: November 2024
Rate: £600 per day (Outside IR35)
My client, a prominent financial services firm, is at the early stages of their Salesforce transformation journey. They are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Solution Architectto design and implement the platform that will drive their Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to have a key influence on the architecture, working directly with senior stakeholders to align the platform with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and solution strategy for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
Oversee the Salesforce development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal integration.
Provide strategic direction on Salesforce features and product capabilities to optimise customer engagement and business processes.
Deliver thought leadership and guide the platform’s architectural roadmap for long-term success.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Solution Architect
within the Financial Services industry.
Deep expertise in
Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
implementation and architecture design.
Strong background in Salesforce data architecture, security, and system integration.
Experience in working with senior business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical designs.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including platform governance and development methodologies.
Salesforce certifications
are highly desirable (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect).
