Salesforce Technical Architect (Contract)

TechOhanahas partnered with an innovative tech company that delivers cutting-edge cloud-powered software solutions tailored to the unique needs of theconsumer goods sector. After winning several high-profile projects, they are looking to expand their team with aSalesforce Technical Architect.
Key Requirements:
Extensive Salesforce Expertise: You must have a strong, hands-on background with Salesforce, particularly in the areas of
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Your ability to design and architect Salesforce solutions will be central to the role.
Consumer Goods Cloud (Highly Desirable): Experience with
Consumer Goods Cloud
will set you apart. You’ll be leveraging this specialised Salesforce product to deliver high-impact, industry-specific solutions for clients in the consumer goods sector.
Data Cloud & Integration: A solid understanding of
Salesforce Data Cloud, as well as integration experience with other enterprise systems (ERP, external databases, etc.), is essential to ensure seamless data flows and robust, scalable solutions.
Proven Leadership in Technical Architecture: This is a strategic role where you will be leading the technical direction of Salesforce projects. Experience in defining
end-to-end solutions, managing complex integrations, and guiding development teams is critical.
Consultative Approach: You should be comfortable engaging with clients to understand their business challenges, and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Experience in
requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management
is key.
Technical Depth: The ideal candidate will have experience with
Apex,
Visualforce,
Lightning, and other Salesforce development tools. You should be able to troubleshoot and optimise complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance and scalability.
Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with
Agile
or
Scrum
development processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Consumer Goods Sector Focus: Experience working with businesses in the
consumer goods
industry is highly desirable. Understanding industry-specific challenges, like supply chain management, merchandising, and retail execution, will enable you to craft tailored solutions.
