Position Overview:The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that align with the company's business goals and technical requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical specifications. Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and development, particularly within the financial services industry, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and solution architecture.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of the Salesforce solutions delivered.
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a focus on financial services.
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and regulations.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Experience with data modeling, integration, and migration strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly preferred.
