We are looking for aSalesforce Technical Consultantto join this high-impact initiative on a 6-month contract, providing cutting-edge solutions to enhance business performance and customer experience.
Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote (Adhoc Travel to London)
What You’ll Be Doing:In this role, you will work closely with the end client’s internal teams to design, implement, and optimise Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You’ll play a key part in unlocking the full potential of Salesforce for this organisation, focusing particularly on Data Cloud, E&U Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will:
Deliver seamless
Data Cloud
implementations for real-time insights and analytics, helping the client leverage their data assets to drive business decisions.
Utilise
E&U Cloud
to support the client’s industry-specific needs, tailoring solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Ideally, apply your skills in
Service Cloud Voice
to improve customer service capabilities through streamlined telephony integration and intelligent automation.
Experience Required:
Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges within the
telecommunications industry
is a significant asset, particularly in enhancing customer support, field service, and operational scalability.
Experience translating complex telecom business requirements into efficient Salesforce solutions that optimise customer and field service.
Salesforce certifications relevant to the role (e.g.,
Salesforce Certified Data Architect,
E&U Cloud Specialist) would be advantageous.
Strong skills in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
for configuring and customising Salesforce to meet client needs.
