TechOhana has recently partnered with a Not For Profit. They utilise Salesforce to enhance their donation pool and are looking to increase the use of Salesforce internally. They're looking for someone who has an in-depth understanding of Salesforce products in the Not for Profit Space
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support our Salesforce environment with 30 internal users.
Manage user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations.
Evaluate and complete new development requests.
Establish processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
Train users and document Salesforce processes.
Collaborate with Salesforce support and vendors for system issues and enhancements.
Ensure data quality and integrity.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and nonprofit best practices.
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce admin experience; 3 years in a nonprofit setting.
Proficient with Salesforce, including NPSP.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to design and implement new processes and manage multiple priorities.
