Change Manager – Telecommunications Sector
Are you an experienced Change Manager looking for your next challenge? We are working with a leading telecommunications company, and we’re looking for a skilled Change Manager to drive impactful transformation initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and management of change initiatives across multiple projects.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that ensure smooth transitions for employees, stakeholders, and customers.
Collaborate closely with project managers, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to align change efforts with business goals and objectives.
Assess the impact of changes and work proactively to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.
Deliver clear, consistent communication to support business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
Provide training and coaching to teams on change management best practices and techniques.
Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within the telecommunications or related industries.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Experience in managing large-scale transformations and understanding of telecom industry-specific challenges.
Ability to develop clear change strategies and effectively manage transitions in a fast-moving environment
