Change Manager – Telecommunications Sector

Are you an experienced Change Manager looking for your next challenge? We are working with a leading telecommunications company, and we’re looking for a skilled Change Manager to drive impactful transformation initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of change initiatives across multiple projects.

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that ensure smooth transitions for employees, stakeholders, and customers.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to align change efforts with business goals and objectives.

• Assess the impact of changes and work proactively to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.

• Deliver clear, consistent communication to support business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.

• Provide training and coaching to teams on change management best practices and techniques.

• Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within the telecommunications or related industries.

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.

• Experience in managing large-scale transformations and understanding of telecom industry-specific challenges.

• Ability to develop clear change strategies and effectively manage transitions in a fast-moving environment
