Role: Lead Salesforce Consultant

Location: United Kingdom - Remote

Salary:Up to £85,000 - DOE


TechOhana has collaborated with a Summit Salesforce Partner who is looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join their team of highly skilled professionals. Their cutting-edge services provide support to many clients in a range of industries, including financial services, insurance, media, health & life sciences and non-profit.


As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch solutions to customers, driving customer success, and contributing to the company's overall growth which is to become the UK's go-to partner.


This opportunity is going to provide you with bundles of experience over a range of different clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, FSC & Health Cloud. Your responsibilities will consist of complex config work, managing key external stakeholders & even exposure to the architecture of complex orgs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and administrators, to design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications.

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimal solutions using Salesforce best practices.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and contribute to project success.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Lead.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish.

  • Strong hands-on capabilities implementing complex flows from scratch

  • Solid understanding of business processes and ability to align them with Salesforce capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant are required.
