Salesforce Administrator (Sales & Service)
Day Rate: £250-£300 P/D
Length: 6 Months
TechOhana have engaged with a leading customer who are looking for a Salesforce Admin as they continue to grow their Salesforce platform.
The customer are running one of the largest DT programs in the UK & this is an opportunity to be part of a large team, with multiple cloud roll outs about to take place.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the
Salesforce platform
Implement enhancements, workflows, and automation to streamline business processes
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
Provide training and support to end-users
Troubleshoot issues and liaise with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Administrator
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, automation tools, and reporting
Experience with
Field Service Lightning (FSL)
is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)
