Salesforce Administrator (Sales & Service)

Day Rate: £250-£300 P/D

Length: 6 Months

TechOhana have engaged with a leading customer who are looking for a Salesforce Admin as they continue to grow their Salesforce platform.

The customer are running one of the largest DT programs in the UK & this is an opportunity to be part of a large team, with multiple cloud roll outs about to take place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the

    Salesforce platform

  • Implement enhancements, workflows, and automation to streamline business processes

  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings

  • Provide training and support to end-users

  • Troubleshoot issues and liaise with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a

    Salesforce Administrator

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, automation tools, and reporting

  • Experience with

    Field Service Lightning (FSL)

    is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)
