Role: Salesforce Consultant

Location: London/ Remote

Length: 6 Months

TechOhana are partnered with an SME Computer Software business that are on the lookout for a Salesforce Consultant for an existing project.

The Role

As aSalesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising Salesforce solutions for a diverse client base. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations that align with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Design, configure, and customise Salesforce applications to enhance business processes.

  • Provide strategic recommendations on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.

  • Lead end-to-end implementations, from initial discovery to deployment and post-go-live support.

  • Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum system adoption.

  • Work alongside developers and technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a

    Salesforce Consultant

    with hands-on configuration and implementation expertise.

  • Strong knowledge of

    Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud

    (additional expertise in CPQ or FSL is a plus!).

  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g.,

    Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Experience working in a

    computer software or technology-focused environment

    is desirable.
