Role: Salesforce Consultant

TechOhana are partnered with an SME Computer Software business that are on the lookout for a Salesforce Consultant for an existing project.
The Role
As aSalesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising Salesforce solutions for a diverse client base. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations that align with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Design, configure, and customise Salesforce applications to enhance business processes.
Provide strategic recommendations on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
Lead end-to-end implementations, from initial discovery to deployment and post-go-live support.
Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum system adoption.
Work alongside developers and technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Consultant
with hands-on configuration and implementation expertise.
Strong knowledge of
Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud
(additional expertise in CPQ or FSL is a plus!).
Salesforce Certifications (e.g.,
Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
Experience working in a
computer software or technology-focused environment
is desirable.
