TechOhana have partnered with a Global Manufacturing Business that are looking for a Salesforce Change Manager on a contract basis. The client are globally known & have a fantastic vision, strategy & for the Salesforce Platform for 2025 & beyond.

The Role:

As aSalesforce Change Manager, you will be the bridge between technology and people, leading change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to maximize Salesforce adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute change management strategies for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

✔ Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and mitigate resistance to change.

✔ Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and communications to support adoption.

✔ Work closely with Salesforce project teams, business units, and IT to align change initiatives with strategic goals.

✔ Measure and analyze adoption rates, user feedback, and overall project success.
