Salesforce Consultant | 9-Month Contract | £450 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid

We’re working with a major consulting firm on agreenfield Salesforce implementation,This role is Hybrid with 2 days a week in a London office (negotiable),Outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including senior stakeholders, and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop functional flows and business process maps
that align with both the business’s needs and Salesforce best practices, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions
to guide stakeholders through business process redesign and highlight opportunities for improving efficiency using Salesforce.
Demonstrate soft skills and Salesforce expertise, facilitating clear communication between non-technical stakeholders and the technical team to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations
on Salesforce configuration, ensuring the platform is optimised for scalability, automation, and user adoption.
Support the implementation and user adoption of Salesforce features, ensuring a smooth go-live process, while conducting UAT sessions and post-implementation reviews.
