Salesforce Consultant – Contract, Hospitality, Birmingham, Outside IR35

TechOhana is representing a leading hospitality firm in Birmingham seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support their in-house team on a Salesforce optimisation project.

The Role:

Work closely with the CTO to define and implement a Salesforce roadmap for the financial year.
Optimise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, improving workflows and system efficiency.
Identify areas for enhancement, recommend best practices, and implement scalable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline automation, reporting, and integrations across the business.
Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and system performance are aligned with business goals.

Contract Details:

Initial three-month contract with potential extension.
Outside IR35.
Hybrid – two days per week in the Birmingham office.
