Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Knoxville

Salary: $130,000

About the Role:

My client are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that best practices are followed to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Salesforce development projects from concept to deployment.

✅ Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions.

✅ Guide and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.

✅ Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✅ Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of Salesforce applications.

✅ Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.

✅ Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and usability.

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development & architecture.

🔹 Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.

🔹 Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

🔹 Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.

🔹 Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications (preferred).

🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team.

🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
