Role: Lead Salesforce Developer - Software Engineering Background
Salary: Up to $190,000 - Depending on Experience
Location: Washington DC-Baltimore Area - 5 days a Week Onsite
TechOhana has collaborated with a highly established Salesforce ISV that is searching for a Lead Salesforce Developer to embark on its digital transformation that will redefine its product.

Your impact will extend far beyond the technical realm - you'll be at the helm of a team of talented developers, inspiring and guiding them to deliver game-changing projects.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Strong technical leadership skills, including experience managing and mentoring teams of developers
Must have hands-on experience with 3rd party Applications such as Service Now & AWS.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise way
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, etc.) - a strong advantage.
