Implementation Manager

Role: Salesforce/PSA Implementation Lead

Salary: £75,000

They are actively hiring for an experienced Implementation manager to join their growing, global team of professionals on the end-to-end delivery of projects, with the interests of the clients. They are eager to speak with experienced consultants who can hit the ground running with implementation experience.

You will be working closely with the head of custimer growth to plan, manage and deliver customer implementations, facilitating customer workshops, gathering requirements, and analysing business processes, alongside providing training to their users to get them up and running. This will be a 360 well rounded consultant position that will push your skills and experiences to new heights. Any budget management experience is highly admirable.

This will be a remote working role, to support a healthy work life balance. They regularly meet up for social and networking events to ensure a consistent collaborative working environment. There will even be the opportunity to go on a fully expensed trip to meet the global teams annually!

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years PSA expertise

• End-to-end configurtion experience with Salesforce projects

• Experience of business analysis, holding workshops and gathering requirements

• Proficient stakeholder management experience

• Consulting experience – admirable

• Delivery of training to non-technical staff / users

• Salesforce Certified Admin/Advanced Admin
